- In order to return any merchandise, the customers must (NO EXCEPTIONS!):
- call us at (888) 281-1880 within 15 days of receipt of the order to request return approval (please provide name and invoice date)
- return the merchandise within 30 days of the date on the original receipt.
- Orders may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit refund provided they are still in brand new and saleable condition and in the proper (original) boxes.
- All original tags must still be attached and an invoice (or copy of) must be included.
- Please try on shoes inside until you are certain that they fit correctly. Footwear worn outside may not be returned.
- When sending back your order, please have your return package insured. Pittsburgh Soccer and Sports is not responsible for lost returned shipments.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox and packaged in a shipping box. A shoebox that is taped, with a shipping label on the outside or damaged will void any shoe returns. There will be no exceptions!
- There is no warranty on used (worn) goalkeeper gloves.
- Returned merchandise will be refunded or credited for the purchase price only. Pittsburgh Soccer and Sports will not refund the shipping costs in either direction.
- Items not in stock that are specifically ordered for the customer are considered Special Orders.
- Pittsburgh Soccer and Sports will evaluate each return and only after that will the credit be issued or denied.
