Champion Agility Ladder Training Maze (ALMZ)

Used for improving agility, coordination, foot agility, foot speed and balance. Arrange this maze system into a variety of configurations for many different drills. Maze contains 8 - 4 meter (13') lanes that can be used vertically or horizontally. Each side of the ladder features Velcro tabs, allowing ladder to be set up in desired configuration. For indoor and outdoor use and comes with 4 ground anchor stakes. Nylon carrying bag included.
